Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on products damaged due to misuse, items without original packaging, clearance or sale products, or hygiene-sensitive items like food preparation tools once opened.
Return Process

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.
Refunds
